Protectionfaq-icon

  • Security locking system: Electromechanical lock
  • Access: RFiD cards + NFC

Cooling systemfaq-icon

  • Cooling units for biological samples and pharmaceuticals.
  • 2 temperature ranges: 10°C – 23°C (biological samples) / 2°C – 8°C (pharmaceuticals)
  • Temperature stability duration within established range: Minimum 24 hours

Freezing systemfaq-icon

  • A) The freezing temperature of eutectic plates should be a minimum of -18°C (common household freezer temperature).
  • B) It is imperative that the eutectic liquid is perfectly frozen and solidified before using the eutectic plate. Without deep freezing, the eutectic liquid does not accumulate enough cooling capacity, and its refrigerating power degrades.
  • C) In order to accelerate their freezing, eutectic plates should be separated from each other inside the freezing chamber. Stacking them without cold air circulation considerably increases their freezing time.
  • D) The proper freezing of cooling accumulators can be visually checked if the wrapper is transparent, or dynamically by shaking the accumulator: any movement resulting from a liquid or semi-liquid state indicates that the solution is not completely frozen.
  • E) The freezing duration can vary from 12 to 24 hours depending on the refrigeration chamber used. Having a double set of eutectic plates allows for immediate availability of cold, as one set is continuously recharging.
